Common questions
What kinds of plans can I import?
A PDF, an image file, or a photo from your library. Clean, straight-on drawings give the best results. If you take a photo of a printed plan, hold the camera square to the page and make sure the walls are sharp.
A room or a door came out wrong. What can I do?
Tap it in the plan to fix it: you can draw or delete walls, add or change doors and windows, and rename rooms, and the 3D model updates as you go. If the app keeps getting a plan wrong, send it to us. Real plans are how we make Fiqfold better.
Which devices does it run on?
iPhone and iPad with iOS 27 or iPadOS 27 or later, and Macs with macOS 27 or later. The augmented reality view needs an iPhone or iPad with a camera.
Where are my projects stored?
On your device, inside the app. Nothing is uploaded. To keep a copy elsewhere, export the 3D model and save it to Files, or share it with another app.
How do I delete a project?
In Projects, touch and hold the project (or right-click it on a Mac), then choose Delete.
Why don't I see some Apple Intelligence features?
They appear only on devices and in regions where Apple Intelligence is available and turned on. Everything else in the app works without it.
Do you collect any of my data?
No. The app has no account, analytics or tracking, and your plans never leave your device. See the privacy policy.
